How it all began

Dil Se Bana, Waffle Ji

It started in 2019 with a single waffle iron, a rented cart in Bandra, and a dream to bring the world's most joyful food to Mumbai's streets. Our founder Arjun Shah had one simple belief: food made with love just tastes better.

What began as a weekend experiment quickly became a neighbourhood obsession. Word spread fast — the waffles were crispy, the toppings generous, and the smiles were real. Within a year, Waffle Ji had its first outlet. Today, we're a growing family across Mumbai.
